"Worse appointments"

My appointment has been changed twice which is so unacceptable. I am meant to be having a procedure done which I am nervous about and having it changed is not helping. My first appointment was not booked in properly and then became over booked so had a phone call to book again and now it's been cancelled again. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone
