Receptionist came across very rude and kept on asking me to proceed with the check at the self check in kiosk,I've explained I've done it ,but it keeps asking me to see someone at the reception.Did not sound very happy about it and never apologised for being wrong.Appointment was 10.30am, but waited until 14.45 . Missed two very important meetings this afternoon.
