"ENT Dept lack of communication"

About: Kettering General Hospital

It's impossible to speak with anyone in this department. I'm trying to determine why I have received two appointments, or whether the first has been cancelled, which would explain the second appointment.

I have phoned several times only to be greeted by an answering machine and have yet to receive a reply, with the first supposed appointment only 2 days away.
