"Total knee replacement surgery on 29th February..."

I received a complete new knee by the surgeon and their team on the 29th of February 2016. Everyone involved in the operation, the surgeon and their surgical team, together with the anaesthetists and nurses could not have been more considerate or re-assuring. The staff on the orthopaedic ward, from the medics and nurses to the physiotherapists and even the auxiliary staff couldn't have been more helpful or caring. My thanks to them all for looking after me.
