"Care and attention in Ward 211"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

(as the patient),

Once again I can't fault the care and attention I received during my short stay on Friday. All the staff do a great job. Thanks also to the X-Ray/Radiology and Urology, Mr Cohen.

My bloods went missing.

Dear Mortisha

Thank you for your kind words about your experience on Friday. It does make a huge difference to staff when they get positive feedback and hear that you think they did a great job.

I am sorry to hear that there has been a problem with your blood tests. I hope this has now been resolved, but if you would like me to follow this up for you please contact me directly by email on laura.gray2@nhs.net or by phone on 01224 554400 and I can look into it.

Kind regards

Laura Gray
