"Walk in blues"

Came to the Shakespeare Medical Practice and walk in Centre.

It's the only walk-in centre in Leeds now. If support staff wish to pass judgement on people waiting for help, they'd do well not to talk in stage whispers with their hands covering their mouths.

It's rude, disrespectful, and reflects badly on the practice. You might call this ignorance, or say there is a training issue. The fact that the staff concerned lowered their voices, covered their mouths - albeit in a half-hearted way - and kept glancing up nervously, suggests they knew that making disparaging comments about clients was wrong. I assume they thought some clients' limited grasp of English made it less of a problem.

This is out of order. Shame on them, and on any manager who tolerates this behaviour on their watch
