(as the patient),

I have had a major operation in June 2015. After that I left with not much help. My GP in London Lane clinic organised my care with Bromley health team. In December Mr. Jubbin came to see me and immediately he arranged me to have a hospital bed and other equipment.

After few months I was rehoused with medical assisted property from Bromley council with the assessments based on my needs. Jenny from occupational therapy team was amazing to help me with most of my needs including a bath lift and recliner chair.

I am very lucky to have a helpful team like that to make my life a bit easy and comfortable.
