(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We would like to thank all of the staff for the care and love they showed to our Mom in the week before her death.

John Taylor is a wonderful place. Our Mom had a very stressful time in hospital and as soon as she arrived at the hospice she relaxed. It was as if she knew she would be cared for in her last few days.

The nurses are so caring to the patient and to the families as well - it made a very difficult time for us a little easier knowing that when we couldn't be there, the staff were taking care of our loved one.
