I had two Ear operations within a month as a NHS patient at Fitzwilliam Hospital and my treatment as a day patient was excellent and would certainly use this hospital again without any hesitation. All the staff were efficient, kind and caring. The cleanliness was very good .
I am going to be a day patient again in a few weeks time so will go to Fitzwilliam knowing that I will be treated with kindness and respect which has given me more confidence in the procedure that I am due to have.
