"Best Eye Centre in Birmingham"

Well most of time I come to eye centre in Birmingham is very good but some improvements need urgent attention the waiting time can be very stressing as special if you have leg problems waiting up-to 2-4 hours to be seen appointment times all ways is over atleast 1 hour plus before you are seen ,also when you're name is called out you can't hear your name I think there should be a TV screen with your name and dept too this would be very good ,I also find waiting time is bad because it's over booked so we have to wait even longer ,I'm generally very happy with Eye centre and staff ,but these issues need urgent improvements
