About: Lister Hospital

I am very dissatisfied with the treatment of me and other patients at this hospital. I was left to wait in a corridor for hours on end, I have a very serious problem with my heart. My condition is very critical but the staff did not take any notice. The food was barely edible and every time I had to refuse it and in response to this the staff were extremely rude. The nurses lacked skill and efficiency, they couldn't even take blood out properly and punctured my arm in many places. I did not receive any treatment and I felt my condition has worsened. The hospital is in need of serious improvement and I do not recommend this hospital at all.
