"Efficient, Caring and Courteous"

I was referred to Hillingdon Hospital after a series of rather frustrating appointments at my local hospital where I felt I was patronised and things were not explained to me. I was so pleased to be treated politely and with respect by all the staff I met at Hillingdon - consultant, nurse, receptionist - and was impressed by the calm efficiency and good team work evident in the department on what was clearly a very busy day. My treatment is now complete and the consultant and myself are both very pleased with the outcome. I would certainly recommend this hospital to anyone else with a similar medical problem.
