"Ongoing problem in Keats Ward"

(as the patient),

Day staff great night shift a nightmare, loud rude no consideration for the sick they need supervision a disgrace to the nhs.

this seems to be a long ongoing problem as I had the misfortune to wind up at keats some years ago. Nothing has changed
