"Modern clean hospital - excellent care by..."

I accompanied my 96 year old mother who was admitted for the elective replacement of her pace maker in ACAD on Thursday, 4 August 2016. From start to finish we were treated with respect and professionalism. I would especially like to convey my thanks and appreciation to the consultant that took the time to explain the procedure to my mother and put her at her ease, the specialist nurse who kept in touch with me after the operation and all the other nurses of whom the NHS should be really proud for their dedication, patience and kindness shown to my mother at what was a very stressful time.
