"Left total hip replacement"

I cannot fault the attitude and professionalism of everyone I encountered from the receptiion, cleaning & catering staff to the medical team including the surgeon, ward doctor, anaesthetist, nurses and physio. I was treated with dignity & respect at all times.

I particularly value the way every single member of staff introduced themselves to me by their first name and explained their role/ what they were going to do. This included catering and cleaning staff as well as doctors, nurses, Physio etc. It made me feel like an individual not a number and that they genuinely cared for all their patients.
