What I liked

I arrived early and was seen almost straight away. I was sent for x rays and was seen straight away, the staff were very professional and extremely friendly. The Consultant was excellent, he explained everything most thoroughly, was very clear in what action was to be taken. I was given a steroid injection which I hardly felt. All in all a most pleasing outcome. Well done Orthopaedics and well done Hereford.

What could be improved

One minor criticism, the reception staff at Eign Ward should make sure that they acknowledge patients presence as soon as possible , they seemed to be more concerned at what they were doing on the computer than greeting me, when they did acknowledge me they were very pleasant. A bit of customer care training wouldn't go amiss.
