"Very professional and caring visit to Endoscopy..."

Not looking forward to having a camera inside me, but upon entering found very caring and professional staff who reassured me and relaxed me. Very professional in going through the process and checks. Keeping me aware all the time of what was involved. Gave me privacy to change whilst making sure I knew what to change into. It was all so very quick and much less discomfort that I was expecting, even with an anthestic injection. All over and back into my clothes and taken to recovery room for sandwiches and hot drink to await my wife. Cannot fault department enough and was really impressed with friendlyness of all the staff up to and including the doctor/consultant. Many thanks to you all and even more thanks that nothing untoward was found.
