I would've given 5 stars on all areas as my son's had a very positive time since being referred but I'm not happy with what's happened most recently. I couldn't make an appointment so I tried getting through for 2 weeks but no one answers. I called 5 different numbers and called about 60 times.

I left 6 voicemails and didn't recieve any calls back. My son has now been discharged due to no one answering the phones. The letter I recieved said he had missed 3 appointments. 2 of which he did attend and one I called and cancelled. I tried calling another 30 times today regarding the letter and yet still no one answers the phone. So dissapointed as before this I'd had such a positive experience.
