"Terrible staff and ridiculous decision"

About: Hinckley & District Hosp

Was recommended a procedure by a medical professional as I was in a lot of pain, called to find out when the appointment had been scheduled and was told I wasn't getting an appointment because it was only used as a tool for diagnosis. This is absolutely ridiculous, the procedure was a tool to lead to diagnosis and may now leave me without answers and in pain for the rest of my life. Terrible staff and patient care, I am appalled at this treatment.
