"Shocking experience"

About: Lister Hospital

I attended lister hospital this week and can honestly say I am disppointed of the staff behaviour at this hospital. People that are meant to be representing the NHS should be proud to work for them but it seems as if they are too busy looking at computer screens and having a gossip to care about general public that come in for help in a&e you expect a prompt greeting, The receptionist was extremely rude to my mother twice first time saying wait behind the line until you are called when she was not with anyone and no one in front of us,then my mother asked if she was able to get a coffee the receptionist replied sarcasticly 'yes your not the patient are you' also the nurse was rude to my mother, Later on I said excuse me to the nurse and they ignored me. I have been to wgc a&e and others and never been treated this way. I would suggest your front of house staff and nurses need adequate customer service training in general manners.
