"Urgent Care does not mean waiting 2 and half hours"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

Had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen in the afternoon.

Doctor was unhelpful and popped out to see another patient mid-way through my late appointment.

They also didn't have all the kit they needed so had to pop out again.

Then they forgot to do some of the checks they said they were going to do.

Third World Service.

Go somewhere else if you can.

Don' know why they call it Urgent Care, when you don't get seen for 2 and a half hours. Worse still, was informed the delay was caused by the computers being down earlier in the day.
