"Worst hospital I have ever been in."

I had major back surgery in January which was a horrific experience due to the utter lack of any care/bedside manner, total incompetence of the staff being able to communicate with each other. The misery of dealing with this excuse of a hospital goes on as yesterday I had to visit again after weeks of misinformation given by the hospital staff to be capped off with a prescription for a controlled drug for essential pain relief being written on the wrong colour paper! Avoid this place at all costs, 8 months of pain should be a warning to anyone opting to use this 'hospital'
