I was concerned about the procedure however the staff were most considerate and talked me through the procedure and gave me reassurance and

I was able to continue with the scan Many Thanks to you all Yes you are the A TEAM

Thank you for you very kind comments. Our staff do try as hard as possible to make these procedures as easy as possible for the patients, and I’m glad to hear that they are doing this so well.

These examinations can be daunting, and the staff have a lot of complex tasks to perform whilst doing them, but we are not able to get the images needed without the help of the patients themselves, so explaining everything we do and reassuring the patients as much as possible, gives the best outcomes.

Once again, thank you for your kind words. I’ll make sure these are passed onto our staff.
