About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Despite all the negative hype regarding this hospital ,this department, staff and doctors excelled in all areas. My wife was referred by her GP as an emergency and was seen within 30 mins of arrival and received outstanding treatment and care in this unit.

The staff were extremely busy and coped with the pressure very well, even had time for a smile and some humour.Good communication and a good outcome for my wife.

Thank you very much for your comments. We have made a vast number of changes to the care we provide for our emergency patients, and it is very pleasing to see that these are taking effect.
