What I liked

The cleanliness was outstanding in the Conorary Care Unit. Consultatants, Doctors, Nurses were fastidious to ensure patients were cared for in a clean and healthy atmosphere. The floors, beds(including the structure), furniture, lamps etc were cleaned with appropriate solution daily. Well done.

What could be improved

I suggested a mirror and hook on the door to the shower room of Culpperper Ward. Within two days I had a phone call to say the matter had been directed to the appropriate department. That is excellent PR.

Anything else?

I have to return for further treatment and I am happy the Hospital's track record is subject to history and I look forward to receiving care and support of the team.
