"Overcoming OCD"

It all began after the birth of my son when things got on top of me. Being a new mum came with challenges and I struggled to keep on top of things. My main issue was the kitchen and dishes piling up which caused me anxiety and stress.

What was good about the service? Understanding how to cope with the issues, and putting a plan into place to overcome the problem. How did you feel about your care? Deepa helped me to overcome my stress and anxiety by giving me the understanding and showing the importance of dropping the safety behaviours.
