"My household is calmer and happier."

(as a service user),

I attended the 123 magic course to help with my autistic sons unpredictable behaviour. Unfortunately the 123 magic did not work on my son because of his level of understanding, but I have used 123 magic on my other two children. It worked a treat, they are very responsive to it and love doing reward chats to show good positive behaviour. My household is calmer and happier.

Although the programme didnt have the desired outcomes for you son I am pleased to know that using the strategies on your other two children has had an impact on the whole household. Whilst the teams can give the information, advice and support to parents the change comes down to the parents themselves so all credit to you for using the information given to make the difference to your family.
