About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I'd had a long series of health problems, covering about two years. Just as one problem seemed to be solved, another reared its head and I was feeling quite negative about how my health would develop.

The service helped me to become more positive about the outcome and a decision to sell our house and buy a bungalow gave me the impetus I needed to press on with things even though some more problems had not yet been resolved. The experience with the service was daunting at first but became more pleasant as our relationship grew.

I'm thankful for the service and would recommend it.
