I visited the Beckenham Urgent Care Centre for a minor matter that could not be dealt with by my GP practice. It was about 2pm on a Wednesday afternoon.
The staff member I spoke to at the reception desk was affable, clear and efficient. There were relatively few people in the waiting area. I was seen by the triage nurse very soon after arriving and my problem was dealt with by another nurse soon after that.
The facilities seemed well-maintained and clean.
I was able to leave very satisfied within half an hour of my arrival.
"As good as could be hoped for."
