"Outpatient ENT day case tonsillectomy"

I would just like to say how impressed I was with my recent procedure carried out at the Broadgreen site. Start to finish I was introduced to every member of staff by their name and asked if I had any questions and queries throughout. Staff were efficient and friendly and showed a genuine interest in getting to know me as a person rather than just treating my problem. As this was my first procedure under general anaesthetic I was especially anxious but again, staff were quick to put me at ease and keep me fully informed.
