"Changed me as a person"

I received care from the mental health services in Louth... I really can't thank them enough, my allocated nurse was supportive, friendly and efficient, fantastic, taught me skills that I really didn't think I would ever achieve before I started with the service. I went from not being able to leave the house or be around people that I don't know without the fear of God being in me to now working with 200 staff and 900 children outdoors at any one time. I don't regret the decision to ask for help and am so great full for everything.
