The care and dignity showed by the consultant and all the staff, to my Father, on Ward six at Burnley General Hospital and at the clinic at Accrington Victoria were exemplary. I visited him when he was a patient and brought him to follow up clinics. All staff were professional and friendly at all times. They made a potentially frightening time as comfortable as possible. I thank all the staff involved for the high levels of care shown and professionalism.
