All things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them. Urological Procedures = an inefficient and uncaring department. All the staff here should learn and implement this Commandment. I come here a few times each year, and this lack of consideration is consistent.

Urology is an unusual condition that involves the patient in emotional and practical ways, with something they usually do in private.

My most recent expereince of waiting 80 minutes to be told that the procedure could not be done that day, and would wait one month, was consistent with the Department philosophy.
