"Haematology Oncology"

I wanted to give a review of the outstanding care that I have always received over the past 7 years of continuous treatment in the above day unit, from the consultants, clinical nurses, and all the staff.

I am greeted with smiles, first names, telling me exactly what is happening and all questions are answered.

The voluntary staff that bring round a lovely cup of tea and biscuits are so much appreciated.

I am frustrated by people moaning about length of time that are required to wait.

The staff do a fantastic job in a very over burdened environment.

Thank you so much to all of you. I only hope more people would take the time to thank you rather than moan.
