"Rude staff"

Rude staff. Was ment to see a doctor and waited 5 hours on an assesment ward when i asked how long i would be waiting still to see a doctor i was told by a nurse very rudely oh well. Pressed a buzzer to speak to a memeber of staff and waited half an hour while they were stood at the desk talking to each other. All together i'd been waiting 10 hours to get sorted by some.one
