my son was referred to CAMHS in Horsham, to be told after 3 appointments that they should of never seen him. without a follow-up care plan, a reconfirmed diagnosis or any support offered.
The house doctor might well be, and I quote "highly qualified" but so what, he had zero ability to communicate and build rapport with my son, or I. They could only "think" a diagnosis versus make one. never followed-up and ran off to meet with his team-lead for answering every question.
