Referred to this hospital from DPOW Grimsby. Booked in for Angioplasty on 11th of July and not notified of the appointment. It seems I have gone to the back of the queue because of their mistake. The nursing staff in the PIU were brilliant but if the secretaries cannot get a simple thing like sending a letter right the doctors and nurses are in a no-win situation.
