About: Westmorland General Hospital

My wife broke her ankle whilst on holiday in the area. Everyone at the hospital was wonderful. My wife was well treated and well cared for. I was annoyed by a couple in the waiting room who were complaining about their son being kept waiting for treatment - he was out of the room at the time having a cigarette. Where else could you hobble in at 10 in the morning, be treated with nothing but kindness and respect, be seen by four highly trained professionals and be out in time for lunch all patched up?
