"could not have been more satisfied with the whole process"

I had a small procedure carried out this week in plastic surgery at Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline and both members of staff who helped in the process were a real credit to the NHS and to their hospital. I was made to feel relaxed, had the whole procedure carefully explained to me and the atmosphere throughout my short stay was supportive, thoughtful and reassuring. I could not have been more satisfied with the whole process and would like to say another very big thank you to Deborah and Tanya.
