"care for mental health issues"

poor diagnosis and lack of pro active, empathetic approach by staff at all levels. Too frequently you are processed (out) of the surgery with an overriding attitude that is not patient centred; in fact it is hard to see what the key ethos of this well established practise is. Even more so is the lack of concern for families and a more holistic approach to concerns raised with surgery personnel. Some things may take time, such as home visits and follow up appointments but these are too frequently not offered.
