"This is a great hospital"

I have needed various treatments over the last 2 years and the clinical staff and nurses are great. I have needed both emergency treatment and surgery. Even routine treatment has been good. I cannot understand why people moan about theRoyal London. We have a great NHS but not all things in life are perfect!
