"Consistently poor service"

About: Homerton University Hospital

Appointments management and communication is appalling. I have had every single appointment rescheduled, resulting in being short of medication between appointments and as under the care of the hospital unable to be provided through my GP. Each appointment is with a different consultant and of the 4 or so I have seen only one has showed any real patient care. I wouldn't highly discourage anyone from accessing this service and was previously seeing another trust who showed significantly better service management and patient care. The excessive waiting times (I waited 6 months to be offered a hospital appointment), inadequacy of the GP led clinic and consistent poor service management have made my first real experience of the NHS an exceptionally negative one with consistent failings. I have already raised a complaint to the PALs and received no follow up from anyone within management.
