"my daughter broke her wrist excellent service..."

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

We visited the urgent care center on Tuesday 2nd August my daughter had a sore wrist, we were seen straight away by triage sent straight through to x-ray, where we were also seenjoy straight away and then we went back to urgent care where once again we were seen straight away and her arm was put in plaster the staff were brilliant, very friendly and kept me informed with what was going on and explained everything to me.

Many thanks for your comments regarding your experience of the Urgent Care Centre at Royal Blackburn Hospital and thank you for taking the time to do so.

I hope your daughter is recovering after her broken wrist.

I am so pleased that you had such a positive experience and that you were seen straight away by triage and in X-Ray.

I am happy to hear that the staff were brilliant, friendly and that you were kept informed of what was happening.

I will ensure your comments are shared with the team who I am sure will be delighted to receive such lovely feedback.

Many thanks again for commenting and best wishes
