My elderly mother was admitted for a hysterectomy on 25th July 2016. From the meet and greet in admissions to her discharge from ward 62 on Wednesday 29th July, the customer experience was exceptional. She was treated with dignity throughout by a highly professional and friendly team including medics, nurses and ancillary staff. If only the NHS could model itself on St Mary's virtually all the negative press would disappear. Thank you to everyone who was involved in her patient journey and those who will continue to do so.

It was reassuring to read that you thought the care provided by the medical and nursing teams supported by the ancillary staff was professional, friendly and ensured your mother was treated with dignity throughout.
