"Totally disgusting & unexceptable"

bearing in mind everyone gets one star, as NHS is rated 1-5 stars. so that means you can discount the first star that leaves 4 stars. in which this appalling service gets half a star. basically that 12.5 % out of 100. in truth Cornwall healthcare is a disgrace. what company or service, or even if you took an exam in which in every area, you could only manage 12.5% out of 100%.would this be acceptable. I realise this is not London but for Gods sake. CQC says needs to improve in almost every area. mental health bottom 5% in Country. Main Hospital one of worse performing in Country. all services bottom 20% in everything. no out of hours services only 111. no homecare (except very expensive private companies ) no wonder every senior manager, all consultants and doctors and GP's have private health cover plan for themselves and their families. and the insult is we paying for it, they are very well paid wages and pensions. and full sick pay should they fall ill. or whist they are being treated in a private hospital. whist we cant even get a doctor to do out of hours work.or have to wait months or years for operations.

shameful, disgusting and ignorant and selfish. don't even come close to a review of this healthcare trust.
