"Let down"

About: Barnsley Hospital

Just had my appointment cancelled at short notice, no apology from the person who called and can't arrange another appointment because I can't do the Saturday one they offered due to work. Then to add insult to injury I get a text shortly after the call telling me a missed appointment costs the NHS £160. How about the £120 it costs me wasting days of holiday to have the appointment cancelled with no apology or explanation of why it was cancelled.
