"The nurse gave me time to say how I felt"

About: Medway Community Healthcare / Medway on Call Care (MedOCC) Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

We went to A and E and was sent to MedOCC. The person we saw was very rude and talked so loud she let all the patients know about my condition. I was very upset about this.

After a short wait I was called in by a nurse before my time. Thus nurse really knew what was wrong with me. I was still upset by my initial treatment.

The nurse  gave me time to say how I felt and then examined me.

She arranged for me to see a medical Dr in the hospital I was admitted and had good treatment. If it wasn't for this nurse I almost felt like going home after the rude staff. If I did I might not be here today. Thanks to the nurse, I am. She was great and caring,
