"Not a good hospital"

‘We are concerned to hear that your experience of Mill Lodge was in your opinion awful. Sometimes hospital admissions do not benefit all young people although it sounds as though some aspects of the care and treatment were helpful to you, including family therapy and psychology. We are all part of a large multi-disciplinary team and therefore any decisions that were made in relation to your care would have been made with your best interests at the forefront. We would be extremely grateful if you contacted the team to give some specific examples about why you believe that the majority of nursing staff did not care and why you wouldn’t recommend this unit to others. This way we can examine our current practice and make improvements so that other young people who are admitted can benefit from the feedback you provide’
