"Emergency treatment 27/07/2016"

I am writing to say a huge thank you to the team who looked after my husband on the evening of 27/07/2016. My husband was brought in by ambulance from Padstow with a suspected TIA. The emergency department was busy and became progressively busier over the evening, however my husband was seen quickly and the staff who dealt with him were fantastic. Everyone was so helpful, kind and professional, doing their very best to reassure and help us relax during which was a very stressful evening for us. The tests were done in quick succession and results conveyed to us immediately. We were allowed to return to our holiday accommodation with a referral to the TIA clinic. We cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and professionalism. This is a hospital department to be proud of.
