even though the medical team had great difficulty administering the epidural they kept me very calm and cheery.Ifound all the nursing staff very pleasant,helpful,caring and professional as were all the surgical team,anaethetist,very amenable,i felt totally safe in their hands.Even the cleaner and the tea staff had time to ask how i was getting on.Many thanks to the surgeon,they made me feel at ease.
